The only Tequila in the lineup that is unrested, this is a pure expression of the local Agave terroir. A charming Blanco produced from only first press juice which exudes an earthy, mineral character that balances the citrus sweetness beautifully. This has a rich, creamy mouthfeel and on the palate is where the Agave character really bursts through, showing sweetness seamlessly blending with the earthier notes.
