Koval uses 100% unflitered rye grain from a local organic farmer collective in the midwest to create this Single Barrel Rye Whiskey. Aged in new American Oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled at 80 proof. Clean and fresh this whiskey is a pure rye. Sweet and caramel palate with a slightly spicy finish.
